Welcome to Emma L Arleth Elementary School. We serve children in Kindergarten through third grade with a well rounded academic program supported by music, art, physical education, and our newest special, media arts, which incorporates library and technology skills. We are pleased to have a full time counselor on staff this year and programs for both talented and gifted students as well as children with special needs. Arleth is known as a community where staff and parents work closely together with the best interests of our students at the forefront.
During April, Arleth celebrates Autism Awareness with a month full of activities including classroom awareness education, our annual Light It Up Blue Fashion Show,
a Community Autism Fair to raise funds for Autism organizations and a Blue Dance Party!
Our motto fittingly is Arleth CARES.

On Your Mark, Get Set, READ!
This summer's reading theme is all about health and fitness - exercise your brain as well as your body! Research has proven that the more one reads, the more successful one is.
All students are strongly encouraged to read at least 20 minutes a day,
less than the length of the average TV show!
Please use the link below for the details of the district summer reading program and to keep a record of your child's reading. Logs should be turned in to your child's teacher during the first week of school in September.
